The problem
Most compliance functions are held together with patchwork, not infrastructure.
Most organisations cobble their compliance function together from parts that were never designed to work as one, and end up with a function full of gaps. Gaps are where financial crime operates.
Disconnected tools create invisible gaps
When screening, monitoring, investigations, and reporting don't share information, risk can move through your function undetected. The space between your tools is where criminal activity hides.
One-time checks don't protect you from what changes next
A check that was accurate today can be out of date within weeks. Sanctions lists change. People get designated. Adverse media breaks overnight. Point-in-time compliance is a snapshot in a world that keeps moving.
Alert volume without intelligence isn't compliance
When your team is processing hundreds of low-quality alerts, the genuine cases don't get the attention they deserve.
The solution — BNDRY
All the building blocks. One connected system.
BNDRY brings together everything a compliance team needs to fight financial crime, and makes each part more effective because every layer shares the same data, context, and history.
Know who you're dealing with, and keep knowing
Real-time and ongoing checks against global watchlists, PEP databases, and adverse public records: at the start of a relationship, and for every day it continues.
Watch for risk across your entire customer base
Continuous monitoring that surfaces meaningful changes in behaviour and status, with every alert backed by the full customer history your team needs to act on it.
Build cases that hold up under scrutiny
A structured workspace for managing compliance cases from first flag to filed report, with a complete and unbroken audit trail throughout.
Document compliance as you work, not afterwards
Regulatory reports and management dashboards that build themselves from the work your team does every day: accurate, consistent, and ready when a regulator asks.

Why now
Compliance obligations grow more demanding every year.
BNDRY sells into two markets facing the same pressure at the same time — and in both, the obligation is permanent and expanding.
Financial Services
Banks, fintechs, and payment companies
Regulated financial institutions face AML/CTF obligations that grow more complex every year. BNDRY gives your team the infrastructure to meet them: continuous screening, intelligent monitoring, and audit-ready reporting without the operational overhead.
Hospitality & Gaming
Pubs, clubs, and gaming venues
Pubs & Clubs face AML/CTF obligations that are growing more demanding every year. BNDRY gives venues the tools to screen patrons, monitor risk, and document compliance without disrupting the experience their members expect.
How the business grows
One platform, four building blocks, two markets.
Identitii launched a SaaS offering in 2022 to rapidly deploy new customers on cloud infrastructure. BNDRY is built on that foundation.
Software delivered as a service
Customers are deployed on cloud infrastructure rather than bespoke installations — the SaaS offering Identitii launched in 2022 to onboard new customers rapidly.
Four modules per customer
Screening, Monitoring, Investigations, and Reporting are separate building blocks on one connected system, so a customer can start with one and add the rest.
Two markets, one platform
The same infrastructure serves regulated financial institutions and pubs, clubs, and gaming venues — both facing AML/CTF obligations that expand every year.
Built to be integrated
Purpose-built APIs, data connectors, and compliance workflows mean BNDRY embeds into the products and services customers already run.
